Mzansi's Leading Men In The Arts!

Creative practitioners have produced many projects that are deserving of world class status.

While the female batch has been slaying at every given opportunity, their male counterparts are not too far off. Just like in many other professions,  working in the creative sector also has it's own challenges.

However, these males have proven, beyond reasonable doubt, that their hustle game is on a high and are determined to reach their career goals and objectives - leaving us in awe of their respective bodies of work.

In no particular order,  we have compiled a list of men that have had a pretty good run in 2019. Their values are immeasurable within the Arts.

1. Legend Manqele.

The genius that is Legend Manqele keeps coming through with some much needed content in South Africa television. This 30-year-old recently bought in Khanyi Dhlomo's esteemed magazines, Destiny and Destiny Man, after her media company, Ndalo Media shut down.

Moreover, he has a reputable production company called, The BarLeader. Top reality shows such #BeingBonang #LivingTheDreamWithSomizi and #TheCover (to mention a few) were produced by his company.

2. Osmic Menoe.

Ask any hip hop head about the innovative Osmic and you're most likely to get a overwhelmingly positive response.

This man's work is incomparable and has continuously kept the hip hop bulb thoroughly plugged in.

Osmic is the mastermind behind the recently launched, Hip Hop Museum in Newtown, Johannesburg. Hip hop is truly in good hands!

3. Maps Maponyane.

The 29-year-old media personality has been in the industry for while and we have previously witnessed him occupy spaces within the Arts. His recently launched  eatery,  Buns Out opened an interesting insight into Maps' other hidden interests.

4. AKA.

There is just no denying that the Supa Mega has consistently churned out great work.

The shut down of his management company Beam Group, has proven that it wasn't the falling apart of his career. AKA saw it fit to reignite his professional relationship with his former record label, Vth Season.

The Supa Mega  has continued to secure the bag in numerous ways and his partnership with Reebook remains stronger than ever.

5. Samthing Soweto.

Finally, this music genius has fully blown up! After tearing away from The Soil, many of his fans waited in bated breath for his solo project because he possess immense talent.

The Soweto-born star continues to relish what's left of 2019 because his smash hit album is divinely artistic.
