According to Timeslive, the singer was heading home from the airport when they stopped him in Milpark to drop of one of the members in his group.
A gang of armed men surrounded Nathi's van and demanded that everyone surrender their belongings.
His manager, Sipho Nyathela confirmed the news, “It is always traumatic when you are held up at gun point. He was shaken but he is fine and grateful that he is alive and that nobody was hurt, He is back at work and life goes on."
Luckily no one got hurt.
Nathi is not the first celebrity to get robbed, remember when Black Coffee got robbed at a petrol station?
