Later today, one of SA's proudest exports will take to the stage at the 2017 BET Awards International ceremony and while thoughts are focused on what she'll do, we're equally as excited to see how she'll look!
What will she be wearing?
She owns that modern afro-fusion looks so well, one would think it was conceptualized for her. Mbatha knows how well this works for her and as such, she has commissioned Rina Chunga of Rich Factory to create a special garment just for the occasion.
Naturally, she can't exactly show us how the garment looks before she wows us on the red carpet and main stage but she did hint at how it will look...
"This dress is representation of who I am and where I come from. A lot of hands & hours went into creating this masterpiece, for that reason I call it the My Zulu Love Letter To The World..." revealed Mbatha.
She has actually worn Rich Factory on a number of occasions and looked great each and every time in addition to rocking other designers with a similar aesthetic so we're naturally excited abotu whatever the end product will look like.
