Opinion - Ntsiki Mazwai was not attacked at the Comedy Central Roast

Ntsiki Mazwai’s political and entertainment opinions have never ceased to amaze us. With the Global Citizen festival having been the talk of the town since it was first announced, the musician has taken to social media to spew her distaste about the concert.

On Sunday, thousands gathered at the FNB stadium for the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 event hosted by The Motsepe Foundation and a number of sponsors, in celebration of Nelson Mandela's centenary. Although the event was for a good cause, fans were attacked and robbed after the show

Ntsiki Mazwai not only had a mouthful to say about the turn of events, but also seems to not be convinced by the cause behind the festival. Taking her Twitter timeline, the musician alluded to the fact that the event was a worshipping of the privileged and an exclusion of the underprivileged, saying that people in attendance deserved to be robbed.

Take a look at the series of tweets below.
