Usually, on Idols SA people walk away with three things, the title, experience or opportunity but this season saw two contestants walk away with something a little different.
Rumour has it that have 19-year-old Phindi Dube and 21-year-old Christo Daniels might be a little more than just friends on the show. The two who were relatively close and were one another’s biggest supporters got fans in awe when they zoomed into what they called an innocent friendship at the time.
The two tried to hide their affection for one another but fans started to speculate what was really going on when they posted pictures of each other on social media with cute captions. It’s clear they denied everything because they were being professional for the competition. Soon after Idols ended and Paxton Fielies walked away with the prize, they decided to embrace an even bigger win, Love.
