While most of you were watching last night's UEFA Champion's League matches (Sorry Manchester fans...) some of us were watching something even more entertaining unfold: Scoop Makhatini's online meltdown after revealing that he had been cheated on by his longtime partner, Akhona Carpede.
Scoop Makhathini has been very open about his current relationship, even going as far as revealing that he had every intention of marrying his current bae. So imagine our surprise when the brand new Yo! MTV Raps presenter took to the timeline to type (yes, in All Caps):
"YOU HAVE TURNED OUT TO BE THE WORST HUMAN I'VE EVER MET!!! I LOATHE YOU! AND TO THINK I ALMOST PAID LOBOLA *SPITS* @MISSaCALACA YOU ARE TRASH"
As it turned out, this Twitter rant was inspired by a picture of Akhona and her supposed best friend in the club; prompting Scoop to believe that something was going on behind his back. Read his full rant below:
If he was looking for sympathy, he got the exact opposite as many Tweeps instead used his male tears as the perfect dash for their drinks. However, just as we were all crafting our funniest meme responses, the presenter reached out to the public and claimed that he had been hacked.
Scoop shared a statement (once again, in ALL CAPS) which was then shared by Cassper Nyovest and other celebrities:
Unfortunately for Scoop, not many people are buying the excuse that he was hacked. Despite this, he has gone ahead and deactivated his account anyways:
Cassper Nyovest is correct, many celebrities including he and Bonang have been hacked in recent times. But the difference between their situations and Scoops is that they had to go to hell and back to recover their hacked accounts, while Scoop was able to log in within a matter of minutes.
We're not saying he's lying, but something doesn't add up. What do you think ZAlebs readers?
P.s. if you want to avoid being hacked, here are some handy tips!
