We were first introduced to Shekhinah a couple of years ago when she was a contestant on South African Idols and even though she did not win, she has undoubtedly become one of the most successful contestants from the franchise.
The star released her debut album, Rosegold, a couple of months ago and since then, it has broken records and gained her several awards.
A couple of days ago, the musician attended the MTV Europe Awards in Spain as a nominee in the Best African Act category and she even walked the red carpet with international stars.
