Artists are known to be quite sticklers for detail, as they primarily strive to excel in their well thought out execution of their artistry, with assistance from (hopefully) capable and competent hands - the technical team. Therefore when things don't go according to plan, it might demotivate the artist who is usually in the forefront and ends bearing the brunt for a mishap that was not committed by him.
One of our own hip-hop greats, Khuli Chana
allegedly left the crowd hanging after a sound glitch that seemingly irked him at a recent launch of an eatery spot at the East of Gauteng. The rapper was booked to entertain the crowd at Kwa Lichaba when the sound team let him down, thus pushing him to drop the rest of his performance after doing only one song.

and her husband Max Lichaba's spot at the Vaal, were allegedly not impressed by the turn out of the launch in its entirety.
was briefly spotted at the launch but was nowhere to be seen when things began to not fall into place.
Upon contact with Max, the publication admitted that indeed the event was a flop.
He was quoted as saying: "Rome wasn't built overnight. "
He continued to add the following:" Yes, we had major issues with power. But we'd like to take this opportunity to apologise to our people for letting them down."
