It’s a bit unfortunate when the celebrity couples we’ve created in our heads actually don’t date in real life. But that’s what wishful thinking is for right?
So, in this edition of ZAlebs Match Made In Heaven, we’re matching Generations beauty Thulisile Phongolo, well known as Namhla with Skeem Saam’s hottie Eric Macheru well known as Leeto on the show.
The two have been rumoured to be an actual couple in real life after they were spotted together wearing matching t-shirts at an event.

The rumours quickly died out and the two are in relationships, just not with each other. That doesn’t stop us from imagining things now does it? We think they’d be good together because in the same year both Eric and Thuli were nominated for Sowetan LIVE Mzansi’s sexiest and believe it or not, they were both in top 10.
They’re both into sports and fitness. Thuli loves tennis and working out and Eric used to be a professional soccer player and still plays for fitness reasons.
He played for Ajax Cape Town. They both drive red German cars an Audi and a Merc. They are DJ’s in their spare time. It’s a bonus that they’re in the same industry, plus they understand each other’s jobs and the most obvious reason they’re our fave is that they are both fashion killers. Now imagine two flames together too much sauce. They’d be cute together don’t you think?
