The Azuri brand is co-owned by Thembi Seete, Mbali Nkosi and Sharon Khuzwayo. The three ladies have worked tirelessly at bringing their baby to life and offering the best of services to their clients.
Thembi Seete has often described their brand as a product that stands for authenticity when it comes to the beauty industry.
"..our brand stands for, pure authentic beauty with a delicate touch of glam, sparkle and glitz. As Azuri, we want to create quality and lasting product. We want you to enjoy our products and have an experience that you were a part of creating," she said.
And from that statement, the ladies this week are proud to announce that Azuri has officially launched its latest cosmetics range. The news of the launch was announced on Monday, and the three ladies expressed how excited they are about bringing such a product to South Africa.
In a statement on the Azuri website, Mbali Nkosi once mentioned that the Azuri brand is not about them being obsessed about beauty but about them being passionate about offering products that are proudly South African
"Azuri started three years ago by three women who are not only OBSESSED with beauty but a passion and hunger to create and offer products that are SOUTH AFRICAN. It was a seed that has been nurtured with research, love, time, patience and respect with the hopes of filling the gap which was needed in the beauty industry where not only would it be a place to be pampered but a haven where quality was the main focus at affordable prices. "
In previous interviews, Sharon has explained that their vision for the brand was to always build Azuri cosmetics. And although they did not know how long that would take, they then decided to create the Azuri Beauty Bar which would not only be a space to house Azuri cosmetics but for the bar to also be a space where women and men can get pampered and just distress.
The Azuri cosmetic range has been described as a ''product that will speak to women in all industries, all skin tones." The co-founders have made it clear that inclusivity is very important to them as the three ladies all represent three different skin tones, all races and all age groups.
