Bossing up is one helluva task which requires dedication, discipline and a strong work ethic. Some creatives have woken up to the fact that not all is fun and games; the creative industry is exciting but there is a lot of hard work that go behind the scenes.

Anele Mdoda
Instagram/zintathu When the television and radio host made her exit from SABC 3’s Real Talk, some of us wondered about her next move. Anele would then go on to announce that she has started her own television production company with her colleagues from 94.7 FM. There have been snippets of the behind the scenes images on Anele’s Instagram feed, which left a ton of her followers yearning to watch this body of work on television.
The year 2018 truly belongs to this 21-year-old. Shortly after releasing his new album, he announced that he will be operating under his own record label, Tall Racks Records. It seems being an Indie artist is the way to go.
