So we know that Dawn Thandeka is an actress and a DJ. But did you know about her ‘other’ gift?
Speaking to TshisaLIVE the star shared that apart from her well known talents, she wanted to expand and share her OTHER gift: traditional healing. She had known about having it for some time but after having uncontrollable shaking episodes she decided to acknowledge it.
“When you get the calling, you do not have a choice. You have to attend to it. It is filled with energy and you have to be assisted by other healers to help you. I went through a lot but I was helped and I realised that the gift can be channelled in several ways.”
She went on to share that she would love to have her own practice one day but unfortunately couldn’t because of the demands of the entertainment industry. She still believes she’ll find a way to juggle it all considering that her peers Boity and Letoya Makhene have.
