Anatii has taken admirable strides in the music industry since the genesis of his career, and now he has become an artist that we can acknowledge not only as an award-winning producer and rapper, but also a creative who never ceases to apply the element of surprise.
In celebration of his 26th birthday, Courvoisier hosted a party for him at Rockets on the 17th of January, inviting some of his family and close friends - both in and out of the entertainment industry.
“I feel blessed, I feel honoured and I feel like life is throwing so many amazing things at me right now. I’d like to thank God, family, Courvoisier and everybody who’s here with me right now and who’s been on this wave with me," he said in his birthday speech.
Speaking to ZAlebs, Anatii added that his birthday is a celebration of life:
“I’m celebrating my existence, to be in a position where I can manifest my thoughts, I feel like my job is to manifest my thoughts. I wake up and whatever I think about, I get to create that. I’m a creative, I’m a creator, it’s a blessing.”
Anatii’s little sister, Ma Nala performed some of the songs from her upcoming album and many of the guests were taken by surprise by her mellifluous vocal range.
