It seems as though the seasons may have skipped Spring and gone straight to Summer but SA's own Griselda Blanco aka Moozlie aka Nomuzi Mabena is not sweating the heat.
Moozlie seems to love a good coat as much as she loves her short shorts, especially if the coat is fur. She'll wear one even when the weather is calling for a mini dress or a bikini.
Speaking to Jeannie D on yesterday's episode of Afternoon Express on SABC 3, Moozlie said that even though a lot of people nonchalantly use the word 'mood' as a caption on social media, she finds it to be a very important aspect of style.
Jeannie then noted how Moozlie's style is so fluid and mentioned how Moozlie can go from sexy to street in a heartbeat to which Moozlie responded "I'm growing up and I'm doing so many different things and I'm in so many place and I am so many different people and I don't want to only be one person. I have a lot of fun with fashion and with style."
She then added that even though people may not know her, they will sit up and take notice because of her unique style and how she chooses to pair items. Moozlie lists Rihanna and Brenda Fassie as her two biggest fashion influences and it shows.
Just check out the recent SwankerSwankerSwanker situation she rocked at Cape Town's Stay Fresh Finale.
Or her black House of Velour x SwankerSwankerSwanker vibe she wore to the AFI Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Joburg.
She'll even bring the fur through on a denim jacket like she did with this one she wore to Sunninghill's Meat Lounge. No word on where she got this one from.
She looked just like cotton candy in this pink coat by Rich Factory
It reminds us of this sick hoodie she wore to perform at Harem's Escape Sundays
We could go on but you get the picture...
Our favourite look however is this sexy little House of Velour number. It gives us a Sex and The City, meets Gossip Girl, meets Clueless vibe.
Moozlie basically looks like the head cool girl in all the teen movies from the 90's and early 00's and we're HERE for it!
