I always find daily meal prepping more convenient when I’m trying to stick to a strict diet. Also it saves so much time then having to prep individual recipes for all your 4 daily meals . . choppped broccoli, spinach, red pepper, exotic tomatoes, tuna, avocado and balmastic vinegar. Seasoned with salt and pepper. || you can always have yours with crackers or bread.
Frequent exercise: Ayanda Thabethe
When your blood flows smoothly, you decrease the risk of a wide range of health problems and Ayanda Thabethe says that she always finds fun and innovative ways in exercise to make sure she stays healthy.

Always incorporating a creative twist to your normal exercises keeps it fun and challenging, @laikynmabona and I had such fun pushing through these sets. P.S the first exercise is one of my favorites- when I started training with @laikynmabona I could only manage about 5 burpees - struggling ! So it’s an exercise that shows me how far I’ve come. Now that I’ve got the consistency right with gym , I’m concentrating on how I eat which is even harder for me!!! Have a great fitness week ahead! Remember small steps still get you to the destination, pace yourself. Compete with yourself.
