Tunakie’s Family Suffers Another Loss

Just when Tunakie’s family was coming to terms with the passing of their loved one, they informed the public that her cousin passed away as well. Her cousin was reportedly in hospital.

This is according to Eagle FM, who mentioned during her memorial service that the family suffered another major loss when Tunakie’s cousin and best friend Pamela, passed away after learning about the untimely passing of the musician.

Her memorial service took place yesterday with her family, friends, fans, and industry peers, gathered at the Zoo Park in Windhoek to celebrate her life.

Speaking to The Namibian her sister Secilia Aludiku, broke her silence, “The last time I spoke to her she said she was not well. When I saw her message I said It is well sisi you will be fine, and that is the last time I spoke to my sister.”

Tunakie passed on after collapsing at her salon in South Africa and her sister said a lady who was with her said after collapsing she was rushed to the hospital.

“She said your sister came to work at 8 am, as usual. She said around 10-11, she ate her food and walked out from the salon and went near the place (salon) to a market. When she came back she started saying she was not feeling well , she was feeling hot. When she stood up from the chair, she fell down and they rushed her from the hospital,”
