Happy 44th Birthday To DJ Black Coffee

World-renowned Dj, Black Coffee is celebrating his 44th birthday today. It’s beautiful to imagine that in just 44 years back, South Africa was blessed with this great soul, who has worked tirelessly to put SA music on the global map.

Black Coffee is arguably one of the most prominent DJs in the world. He landed his big break in the cut-throat entertainment industry, in 2004 after he was selected to be part of the Red Bull Music Academy held in Cape Town.

Since then, he has gone to become a bonafide star, who has travelled around the world to give his legions of fans a taste of what SA music feels like. Black Coffee recently separated with his wife, TV actress Enhle Maphumulo, after he was accused of infidelity and fathering kids out of wedlock.

Today, Mzansi celebrates him and wishes him all the best on his future endeavours, may he continue to be a torchbearer and keep on conquering in all things entertainment.
