Boity Teases 3rd Single
We’ve barely had time to memorise the words to Boity’s second single, “Bakae” (Who are we fooling? We know it word for word!) but it looks like she’s already working hard on her next release. The presenter-come-rapper is about to drop single number 3 and she gave us a teaser on social media this week.

Boity’s rap career is taking shape with every month. What looked to be an interesting experiment when she launched “Wuz Dat” last year now looks to have the promise of creating yet another income stream for Ms Thulo and if the little snippet we heard is anything to go by, her next single is going to have us all going crazy in the club.

Boity teased the snippet on her Twitter page with this video:

We’re not sure if you could make out the reference to Connie Ferguson and her show on Mzansi Magic, The Queen but it was yet another example of the daring wordplay that Boity employs in her lyrics.

The new song is unnamed at this point in time but let’s hope it brings her far less drama than her previous release. You might recall that a few weeks after “Bakae” was released, a rapper from Manchester accused Boity of “stealing” her single.

From what we can tell, everything about this new track sounds original and we’re certain that it’s going to be another banger once it drops.

Do you think Boity is on her way to becoming one of Mzansi’s biggest rappers?
