Actress and media personality Candice Sello, born Candice Modiselle, has marked a major relationship milestone with her husband, Sechaba Sello, reflecting on the year since their two families officially came together.
Candice Sello clarifies the couple’s anniversary dates
- In a Sunday timeline post, Candice uploaded photos of herself with Sechaba, noting that 365 days had passed almost unnoticed. Her message celebrated becoming Mrs Sello and described their marriage as a lifetime blessed by God’s love.
- She later used her Instagram Stories to explain why the couple recognises more than one important date in their marriage journey.
- Candice said September 27 marked the final gathering that celebrated the joining of their families. However, she and Sechaba regard March as their personal anniversary because that was when they signed their marriage documents.
- She added that the March ceremony was conducted by their pastor in the presence of witnesses, their parents, nieces and nephews. By then, the lobola process had also been completed.
Tshepo and Salamina Mosese celebrate 18 years
Another well-known couple to recently honour an anniversary was actor Tshepo “Howza” Mosese and his wife, Salamina.
Salamina commemorated the occasion by posting photographs of the pair and expressing her gratitude for their marriage. She celebrated 18 years as Mrs Mosese, wished them many more years and everyday moments together, and thanked God for her husband’s love. Calling Howza her person, she also thanked him for being by her side.
