Connie Ferguson Flexes Her Muscles

Veteran actress and businesswoman, Connie Ferguson flexed her toned muscles leaving actor Mike Bless and Mzansi astonished.

The mother of two and grandmother to one, who by the way is nearing 50, has the body everyone aspires to have.

At first we saw her impressive physique, she then showed off her toned abs that caused havoc and made a whole lot of people stick to their new year's resolutions.

Just recently, actor Mike Bless, who is working with the Ferguson's Kings Of Jo’burg, has shared his admiration for the fitness enthusiast on social media.

After sharing a picture of the two of them in the gym, he had to share how impressed he was on Connie.

"They always say that the nicest people hit the hardest. Well, sis is one of the nicest people you’ll meet and all I have to say is… I felt sorry for those poor punching pads that she was hitting." He said.

Connie responded with; "Best believe these GUNS are loaded!"
