Raphael Benza, the Chief Opportunity Creator asked why would they sign Cassper when he has a very capable team behind him. He also asks the Megacy to not get distracted from the quest to seek justice for AKA.
"We have not signed Cassper Nyovest in any shape or form. Cassper is a talented artist and has an extremely capable Team. Don’t get distracted."
Even Cassper Nyovest's manager Tlee has thanked Benza for clarifying the confusion and thanked Vth Season for their teamwork over the years.
"Thanks for clarity my mans. Hope both you and the team staying strong through the hurt & these painful times. Thanks again for the work you’ve sent our way over the years, & thanks to your team for being amazing to deal with when we book your talent."
On Instagram The Megacy ripped into Vth Season, calling on each other to boycott the company.
@sandile4sho said, "Our idol get brutally killed and already y’all have moved on? Literally after one month and y’all already moved on like nothing happen to KJF? The fans and family seems to be the only ones seeking for justice, I guess it’s time we as the MEGACY unfollow this page and everything you are pushing."
Another fan wrote, "So what's your relationship exactly with Cass? And it's not just him you guys have been promoting continental and international bookings details for many artists over the last few months. What's going on?"
Defending Vth Season one follower wrote, "To everyone saying the company is betraying AKA and should have waited longer this is not personal it is business. Same way AKA was on stage performing 1 month after his wife passed way. It does not mean he was not heartbroken but he had to carry on with work. Death happens but life/work/business has to go on. They need a client that will bring them big booking fees and Cassper is the best fit, "said @helen.of.troy__ defending the company.
On Twitter, the Megacy is still fuming as to why are they entertaining AKA's former rival barely two months after his death. Read more: Vth Season Partners With Cassper After AKA’s Death
