TV and Radio personality Sbusiso Leope popularly known as DJ Sbu found himself under fire after he tweeted that the entertainment industry is the one effect most by the pandemic's lockdown.
The businessman tweeted: "People who are affected the most out of all these Lockdowns since they started is us in the entertainment industry. We also have families to feed."
Tweeps came for DJ Sbu from all angles, others reminding him about what he allegedly did the day Pro Kid died.
@umalambane_zn alleges that DJ Sbu uploaded Pro Kid's music on streaming platforms the day he died because he wanted to make money for himself.
The tweet read: "Pro left TS records and all music that he had made under TS records wasn't on streaming platforms. On the day he passed away he went to upload all the music on iTunes. He couldn't wait to make money yet didn't want Pro to make any off the music from TS when he was still alive."
umalambane_zn added that: "He got called out by the public and only then decided to hand over the rights to the family after the man had suffered while he was still alive."
Another tweep told the DJ that Zahara also needed to feed her family.
"Zahara had a family to feed but that didn't stop you akere," tweeted @MathabaGeorge.
Zahara has publicly spoken about the exploitation she allegedly suffered under DJ Sbu's TS Records. DJ Sbu has also denied the allegations stating that Zahara has been paid all her money.
In a statement shared by TimesLIVE then, DJ Sbu confirmed that Zahara had been paid all money owed to her.
He added that: "These accusations come as a surprise as Bulelwa Mkutukane has always been like a sister, who picks up a phone every time she has a problem. We have always been there for her during her trying times. When no one believed in her talent, we did - and we invested millions of rands into her career.
"When the media was attacking her during her addiction, we were the ones who took her to rehab. Including this past Christmas Day, December 25, 2018 - we were the ones by her bedside during her hospitalization because of her alcohol addiction."
A few weeks ago, DJ Sbu announced that he had scored a major business deal.
He tweeted: "Another deal in the bag, Over 300 stores sangena thina amavulandlela. Glory goes to where it belongs. God speed always."
