Exclusive Books invites readers to get a full refund

Everything you need to know about Bonang's book

Earlier today, book store Exclusive Books (EB) took to social media to alert customers who purchased copies of Bonang Matheba’s book, From A to B, may return it for a full refund if they are unhappy about the factual and grammatical errors contained therein.

EB also revealed that the publishers are working on printing copies of the book in which the errors have been corrected but they have yet to confirm whether they will stock said copies.

UPDATE:

Speaking to 702, Exclusive Book’s CEO Benjamin Trisk (who you may have seen on Living the Dream With Somizi), said it would be immoral for him to continue promoting the book as it currently is.

“We sell 125 000 different titles a year. Any book can escape the editor’s pen in one or two instances .[..] but this was a book that was riddled with grammatical errors and typos of all kinds so hadn’t been properly edited,” explained Trisk.

“I think Bonang’s followers deserve some respect […] I can’t launch and promote a book once a litany of errors has been pointed out to me,” he added.

Yikes.
