Just as we’re about to enjoy the long weekend ahead, celebrities are preparing for gigs oh and ensuring that they dish out those laws suits against anyone who is coming at them the wrong.
Kelly Khumalo is sick and tired of fabricated stories. The singer is standing up for herself and has decided to take legal action against publications that continue to write false stories about her.
She took to Instagram and wrote: “I’m tired of being accused of things I didn’t do or have any involvement in. This is me taking a stand! I’m tired of being abused!”
In a statement, Kelly’s team revealed that news reports about the singer having a new lover are “fabricated, hurtful and damaging”.
Sunday World recently reported that Kelly’s alleged new love, TV producer Sjula Dlamini was fired from Live Amp due to bribery claims.
“Kelly Khumalo has no romantic affiliation or history with the gentleman mentioned in the Sunday World. The publication and its journalist have fabricated a story and in doing so have misled the public. This devious action continues to bring disrepute to brand Kelly,” read the statement.
Kelly is taking legal action against the publication, a letter has been sent to Sunday World.
