The “Jerusalema” hit maker recently took to Twitter and started campaigning to get more followers on the app. Master KG sits with just over 82 000 followers on Twitter which does not reflect the over 50 million views that his single, “Jerusalema” has on YouTube.
Tweeps already follow the producer did not mind adding spice and shade in the comments. Many let it be known that earning followers is a reciprocal sport. They it known they will only follow Master KG if he follows back, which seems like a task as he currently only follows only 261.
But there was also sage advice from DJ Maphorisa, who is arguably popular in the Twitter streets. Lawd Porry’s advice was simple; “Talk sh*t.” Considering Master KG’s smash hit and being shunned by the SAMAs, the DJ has a foundation to starts his rants from.
