This is part of a USAID Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision Project in which Yeni was reportedly the millionth man to get medically circumcised as part of the program.

The aim of the drive is to promote the practice for its various health benefits. Chief among which are reducing the spread of HIV and AIDS.
