When this meme of Musa Mthombeni made its rounds on social media it became a joke for some people.
But at the end of it all it was clear that Dr. Mthombeni would be the one to enjoy the last laugh.
After seeing the meme, Musa then decided to partake in a male circumcision training programme which saw him receive a certificate that certified him as a competent medical practitioner who is allowed to perform circumcisions
What a way to shut down haters. Less talk, more action.
