Nhlanhla Nciza to launch record label

Not only did she showcase her fashion line, The Evolution Collection, from her clothing label NN Vintage at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Johannesburg in March, but she will now be taking music to a whole new level.

The star will soon be launching her own record label. Way to go girl.

The record label will be called Home Base Records.

Nhlanhla announced the news on Twitter, saying that she has always wanted to own a record label.

 

I’m passionate about both my music and my fashion and I’m so grateful that I was able to relaunch @nn_vintage this year, the support has been so soo amazing thank you. Now I’m about to launch my own record company #HomeBaseRecords , for as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be counted amongst a few women in SA who own record companies. It has long been a dream of mine and am so happy it’s about to come true. I know the journey may not be an easy one but I’m just grateful for the opportunity. The award-winning artist even went as far as announcing her very first artist to be signed under her label.
