Nomuzi Mabena has admitted that her car crash was all part of a campaign. The musician and TV presenter took to social media to reveal that it was a partnership between herself, Volkswagen and Drive Dry.

"We don't want to see another year where thousands of lives are lost on our roads because of drinking and driving," she wrote on Twitter, urging her followers to "take the pledge and make the change."

Of course, some people are still not happy with the way things unfolded. "A trigger warning would've been nice but I guess it doesn't matter how the audience feels mxm," read one comment.

"I'm touched. Couldn't you guys just post a sign to show that it was an ad or whatever at the end of the video? How do you just do something like that and leave people wondering if you're okay or not. People have actually lost family members due to car accidents. Mxm," read another comment.

Shortly after the video surfaced on social media, many fans were shocked and concerned about the rapper. Since it was revealed that this could be a campaign and that the media personality is safe, some people started creating their own "crash" videos.
