So it’s come to our attention that murder accused and former Paralympic star Oscar Pistorius engaged into a bit of a brawl with another gentleman this past Saturday at The VIP Room in Sandton. This is all according to entertainment mobile site The Juice.
Jessica Levitt, editor of The Juice, says: “The person involved in the brawl, Jared Mortimer, revealed to The Juice that Oscar targeted him about his [Mortimer’s] friends, while being – according to Jared – drunk and very aggressive. Jared claims that Oscar threated him about how influential his family is and how connected they are, even stating that ‘My family owns SANDF. Zuma works for us. I’ll piss on Zuma’. Jared says he then pushed Oscar and he (Pistorius) fell down, after which bouncers intervened and Oscar left the club.” –
However, like always there’s two sides of the story and naturally in their defence Oscar’s camp confirmed that Oscar had been in a brawl with Mortimer but it seems as though Mortimer was the one who instigated the fight.
The Juice was informed by Pistorious’s spokesperson Anneliese Burgess that it was Mortimer who aggressively engaged Pistorius on matters regarding the murder trial in which Pistorius replied by kindly requesting that he be left alone. Soon after the incident too Pistorius left the club and was said to have regretted having gone to a public place.
