South African actress, Enhle Mbali, recently went out on a limb to support controversial media personality, Phat Joe, who recently came under fire for his new show, Cheeky Palate.
The Loving Thokoza actress took to Twitter to defend the host, but quickly back tracked by removing the tweet from her timeline.
In a since-deleted post, Enhle stated, “Let’s give Phat Joe a break. He’s amazing on screen. Is SA To sensitive?”.
Her comment caused an uproar on Twitter with fans and followers questioning her on why she would be supporting someone who disrespected the LGBTQ+ community.
A follower decided to let her know that if she doesn't have a father, it's fine, but she should let father shine as Mother’s Day has passed.
