If you can’t be at Greyville for the Durban July, Turffontein Racecourse in the south of Joburg is a great place to enjoy the fun and excitement of Africa’s greatest horseracing event.
Nine races will be run at Turffontein and all 12 races at Greyville will be televised live at the track. Admission to Turffontein is free. For more info on hospitality packages and bookings call 011 681 1702.
You can also take in the action from the grandstand or the beer garden and buy food and refreshments from fast-food vendors. The racing action at Greyville starts at 11h25 and Race 1 at Turffontein is scheduled for 12h35.
There will be live TV coverage of both race meetings in all TABs.
