4. DJ Maphorisa
South African musician, DJ Maphorisa took to Twitter on Tuesday, 1 September 2020, to reveal that the hate comments he receives on the platform are starting to affect him. The most recent hate came after he posted two images of himself earlier in the day, which showed him in a multi-coloured ensemble. Whilst Phori believed that he was looking fresher than ever, tweeps shared their distaste for his outfit.
Zodwa Wabantu has been dragged the entire year for consistently over-showing her body on social media. With 2020 being the year of covering up and hiding away, the media star had disregarded the possibility of contracting COVID-19 and had shown up to more places practically naked. More often than not, Zodwa chose to wear her black underwear, covered with a mesh overlay that showcased her full body.
