As socialites, celebrities and real horse racing lovers prepare for the Durban July set to start in just a few hours we look back at the 2017 version of the event and have a look at some of our favourite outfits from that day.
Many celebrities put their best foot forward on the day and some left little to no imagination when it came to their outfits.
Here are just some of our favourite and maybe not so favourite looks.
K Naomi
This pink number will forever be our favourite from K Naomi.
Ayanda Thabethe
Ayanda looked regal in this dress by Biji – La Maison de Couture.
Amanda Dupont
Amanda was dressed by Anel Botha Cotoure in this highland attire.
Mbali Nkosi
Mbali was dressed by Orapuleng Modutle and mentioned that she fell in love with the dress the minute she saw it. The designer wanted her to wear another dress but she had her eyes set on this dress.
Thuso Mbedu and Makgotsi M
Makgotsi was dressed by Mimi Spunk, she told ZAlebs that she wanted to be sexy but not too raunchy with her outfit. Thuso was dressed by Zarth and like Mbali, she fell in love with the dress the moment she laid eyes on it.
Tira & Sibahle
The two didn’t get the best response with regards to their outfits, especially DJ Tira but at least they put some effort.
Minnie Dlamini
Minnie in all white.
Luthando Shosha
Really loved this look from Lootlove.
The Gents
The gentlemen also put their best foot forward these were some of the gents that really impressed us.
Dash and his suits never disappoint.
Kat Sinivasan was a favourite as well.
We can’t wait to see what this years outfits will look like.
