South African house band, Mi Casa, continues to go from strength to strength! As if this year wasn’t exciting enough for them (Especially considering their partnership with the awesome Mini car brand) the band has announced that they will be taking part in Africa Rising later this year. J Something and the lads will be teaming up with some of the hottest talent on the continent for Africa Rising which will be broadcast on Channel O.
The South African trio will be teaming up with Tanzanian singer Diamond, Ghanaian artist Sarkodie and Nigerian superstars, Davido, Lola Rae and Tiwa Savage. The group of artists will be recording a track entitled Rise Up.
Mi Casa is a South African house band that was formed in 2011 and has since taken South Africa by storm. The trio has won and been nominated for several awards including an impressive six nominations at the 18th annual MTN South Africa Music Awards.
