Sports Journalism can be tricky, especially if you’re not entirely organised or prepared to present the latest reports in the sporting world. The two nervous looking presenters clearly seemed to be underprepared for their debut on ANN7’s brand new sports recap segment, titled game on. Whether there was a teleprompter issue, or nerves got the best of both of them, one can’t be entirely sure. All we can say is that, unfortunately for the two ladies, the video has practically gone viral and is pretty hilarious.
The slips up come early on in the show’s debut as the two presenters appear lost for words before the scenes cutaway to highlights of the cricket game, where present Carolyn Samuels, can be overheard saying “Good One”
Hoping to have regained their bearings by the time the camera is back on them, the ladies attempt to continue with the sports wrap up before failing miserably once again and Samuels seemingly responds to a member in the background staff by saying, “Great Stuff, Ja Please” before the scenes cut off to a table mountain montage.
