Anthony Anderson is also headed to Mzansi.
The American comedian and actor has been announced as the host of the 2015 MTV Africa Music Awards, taking place in Durban on Saturday, 18 July. We must say we didn’t see this one coming. We think he’s a great choice, way better than last year’s host, Marlon Wayans, who failed to please the audience.

Anthony, who co-hosted this year’s BET Awards, is also making waves with his hit comedy show, Black-ish. He is joining a list of some of the biggest names in music, including Neyo, Jhene Aiko, and Wizkid, who will be performing at the event this weekend.
We can’t wait for the show!
