All hail the Queen B*! Bonang Matheba has been announced as the new face of Revlon!
Yesterday we published the story that Bonang Matheba might be launching her own lipstick range. However, she surprised us all by announcing something even bigger.
Yesterday afternoon Matheba tweeted an Instagram picture that had the title “I’m ready….Revlonsa”. When her followers opened the link they saw a Revlon billboard of Matheba posted on one of the buildings in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.
Her Twitter account was flooded with congratulations from local celebrities and all her fans. Bonang has not only collaborated with Revlon but she is now the official SA representative of the brand. Matheba shares the title with the likes of Halle Barry, Emma Stone and Olivia Wilde.
Congratulations to the one who reigns supreme, the one and only Queen B*! We guess New African Magazine was spot on…Bonang Matheba is definitely the top young African trailblazer under 50 to look out for this year.
