One of Hollywood's biggest stars, Denzel Washington, has apparently turned down the opportunity to star in the newest Fast & Furious movie. Director of the franchise that doesn't seem like it will ever end, James Wan, approached the actor who apparently declined the opportunity.
It's a pity, because there's nothing that we think would be more exciting than seeing Vin Diesel, The Rock and Denzel Washington in one movie. Had Denzel accepted the offer on the table he'd be introduced in next year's Fast & Furious Movie (Fast & Furious 7... Of course) as a minor character, only to play a major role in the 8th film (Wanna guess the title?)
Meanwhile, Vin Diesel, who also produces the movie franchise, has recently revealed that the globe trotting franchise will be coming home soon. The actor said:
"We're definitely going back home [to the US], as you know from seeing 'Fast & Furious 6'.
"We will have a stint in Tokyo and there is the Middle East next, that could be very interesting."
We don't know how many more Fast & Furious movies are set to be produced but we're quite sure that fans of the franchise will have enough to keep occupied for a long time.
