Its official, South African bands are bosso! From Goodlucks’s multiple SAMA nominations this year to Crash Car Burn’s awesome collaboration with rapper Kwesta. we cannot deny that our bands are making their mark in our local and even international circuits.
Just a couple of hours ago we were informed that South African rock band Prime Circle has grasped the attention of European promoters who are signing the band for a 30 stop tour around Europe to promote their eagerly awaited new album titled Let the Night In.
“We’re really excited about heading back to Europe to launch the new album,” says singer-songwriter Ross Learmonth. Securing this massive international tour means the hard years we have put in overseas are truly paying off.”
“We’ve been steadily building our support base across Europe and can’t wait to introduce our brand-new songs to our fans. They’re going to be blown away!”
Congratulations Prime Circle! It’s high time that overseas audiences began to bow down to your talents. We only hope such opportunities also begin to open up for our other South African genres of music (Rappers, we’re looking at you!)
