Our Chief Music Correspondent Chad Saaiman brings us his “Hot Song of the Week” every week and this week’s choice is one for the Justin Timberlake fans in the house. Let’s see what Chad has to say about JT’s newest single.

The first installment of the 2^nd part of the 20/20 Experience, aptly named “2 of 2” brings back that classic JT sound; the smooth, sexy and with that touch of MJ that most popular male artists are adding on the top. Think Chris Brown’s “Fine China” or even Bruno Mars’ “Treasure.” It may not be a particular sound or phrase, but it’s an MJ inspired “feel” that gives you leaves a feel-good after taste.

Take Back The Night was released a few weeks back and caused a certain amount of controversy, as the song shares the same title as the name of an organization against violence against women. According to popular belief, JT wasn’t aware of this.

I love the production on this record…those horns! Those melodies! The thing that always takes a great song to the next level is a hot music video. JT shot the video in New York, and typically and wonderfully did some dance moves and interacted with some people on the streets. It’s perfect viewing pleasure.

A definite winner in my books, let’s see what the rest of the 2^nd part of the new Justin Timberlake has to offer.
