The Oscar Pistorius trial has taken many twists and turns but we’re still no closer to figuring out which way this one will go. There was that really long one that she sent following a fight on the 27th of January 2013. Here’s a key excerpt from the transcript:

The highlighted text will obviously make you think of Kendrick’s song, B***h Don’t Kill My Vibe, but when we first read the transcript we looked past it. Pistorius denied knowing the song or the artist but was open to the suggestion that it may have upset her. This bizarre link between the Paralympian and the rapper was never going to go unnoticed and, as we showed you above, Twitter has taken advantage of it and there are already countless memes and jokes circulating on the social network.
Oscar continues to be cross examined by Gerrie Nel today, while we’re sure Kendrick Lamar is waking up in the USA somewhere wondering why on Earth he’s trending in South Africa. Here’s your answer K-Dot
