It seems as though the Meyiwa family have changed their minds with regards to Kelly’s attendance at Senzo’s funeral.
The Beeld has just reported that Kelly Khumalo is actually welcomed at her boyfriend’s funeral. This comes after Senzo’s father, Samuel Meyiwa, banned her from attending the funeral yesterday.
Siyabonga Meyiwa, spokesperson of the Meyiwa family clarified Kelly Khumalo’s welcomed attendance for the funeral, set to take place this Saturday.
“Parents say many things when they are upset.” Said Siyabonga
“My heart soars at this news that Kelly and her child are welcomed. No child should suffer at the mercy of its parents’ actions, relationships or choices. Instead of throwing rocks, let’s unite.” He further explained.
