The rapper, who scooped three awards at the South African Music Awards in Sun City on Sunday, has another reason to celebrate this week. His album titled Skhanda Republic, which features hit tracks like Skhanda Love and Cara Cara, has gone gold. Bonang Matheba, who interviewed the Cashtime rapper, took to Twitter to congratulate him on his achievement.

The rapper’s Skhanda Love track, which features Nandi Mngoma, is currently number one on the Local Playlist Chart. Well done, K.O. You keep proving that hard work pays off. It also helps that the rapper has remained humble throughout his career.
Back in February, the Cara Cara hit-maker told Metro FM that he is just happy that after a long great run with Teargas, there’s still room for him as a solo act. “I’m just more than ready to keep on working even harder,” he added.
