The Anaconda hitmaker, who recently split from ex boyfriend, Safaree Samuels after 12-years of dating, admits that she is a vulnerable woman despite her tough image. She mentions that she was worried about sharing her pain on her new album, The Pinkprint.
Nicki Minaj: ”One of my goals was to give people a glimpse into my personal life, because it’s something I’ve kept very private.”
Nicki, while speaking to Rolling Stone magazine added that she is proud of herself for being brave enough to share her heartbreak.:
”I had to learn to do something as simple as sleep alone.
I struggled with ‘Do I express these feelings?’ And I decided there’s no reason for me to hide. I’m a vulnerable woman, and I’m proud of that.”
Recently we saw Nicki attacking her ex-boyfriend on Twitter saying ‘ungrateful evil soul’.
She added: ”I gave and gave and gave. Threatening me? Blackmail? Jump. ”Let me be happy now. God.” The Anaconda hitmaker is now looking for a partner that appreciates her. Nicki, there are plenty of fine gents in Mzansi who could do the job!
