Rhythm City star skips to keep fit

Rhythm City's Nat Rambulana (William) has revealed his secret to keeping fit and healthy! Although he doesn't follow a set fitness regime, Nat has told City Press that he's taken up skipping!  

"You can take it (skipping rope) wherever you go, whip it out and in just ten minutes you’ve done your workout, I’ve never been fitter, I’ve discovered muscles in my legs I never thought existed, but I love it and it makes me feel great.”

Nat is one of South Africa’s most hardworking actors. Later this year he'll showcase his talent at the 39th annual Grahamstown Arts Festival in a play titled The Island written and directed by legendary play writer Athol Fugard. 

Rambulana was also cast in the blockbuster movie District 9 where he played a young thug associated with the selling of guns.  Fans will also fondly remember his role as a charismatic yet hardheaded Khumo Lebone on M-Net’s The Wild.
