The plot continues to thicken on Rhythm City here’s the synopsis for the rest of June. From Suffocate and Puleng’s rocky relationship to Zolani and Lucilla’s affair.

When Zolani tells Lucilla Thoko wants him to marry Stefanie, she’s uncertain what he’ll do. Stefanie tells Zolani if he doesn’t tell Thoko he stepping aside by tonight, she’ll expose his relationship with Lucilla. After Thoko tells Zolani she loves him and is proud of him, he thinks she’s ready to hear about him and Lucilla. Suffocate has to send a distraught Puleng home and when he goes to talk to her she refuses to see him. He sends Niki to the hospital for a check-up, but Niki feels bereft and alone when he doesn’t take her calls. Thoko reels at the news that Zolani and Lucilla are involved. She tells him to get the hell out. Prudence and Sifiso wake up in Redemption Records. The place is an absolute mess and Prudence has no pants on. What is going on? Everyone trying to deal with the fallout of the Puleng and Niki catfight. Most of all Suffocate. Lucilla begs Thoko not to isolate her only son. Stefanie pours poison in Thoko’s ear about Lucilla. Prudence finds the incriminating evidence on Miles desk and tries to hide it, but too late because Miles catches her. Puleng tells Suffo that it’s over. Prudence is mortified by what she’s done, and is just hoping to be put out of her misery. Puleng wants to move on with her life. Zolani is defiant about being with Lucilla, but Stefanie makes a mistake in trying to bribe him. David is frustrated in his attempts to find out more about what’s happening with the Mkhize family. Prudence learns that she isn’t being fired – in fact, she has the job permanently. Suffo and Cuba give up hope of changing Puleng’s mind, and Suffo accepts that his relationship is over.
