You have not idea how excited we were when we found out about Sonia Sedibe’s TV comeback!
We grew up watching the actress on Generations back in the day – those days she played Ntombi, who was married to Menzi Ngubane’s character Sibusiso Dlomo. Those were the good old days.
After leaving the soapie, we saw less and less of Sonia on our screens. She then had personal drama after she and her ex-husband went their separate ways.
She faced another blow after suffering a stroke. It really seemed like the odds were against her. However, as they say, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Bad times don’t last forever.
Sonia has proven than she is more than a conqueror and has bounced back. She has joined e.tv’s Gold Diggers, where she has reunited with her Generations husband Menzi.
He also plays her hubby this time around.
We’re sure we’re not the only ones excited about Sonia’s on-screen comeback. We’re looking forward to seeing more of her on our TV screens in 2016.
