If there is any doubt that 2014 has been Cassper Nyovest’s year, it’s been firmly laid to rest following some serious international acknowledgement in recent months. First, he received props from American rapper, Wiz Khalifa who was in the country a few months ago and heard Nyovest’s Gusheshe. However it’s about to get even more real for the Doc Shebeleza star.
It’s been making the rounds today, but if you don’t already know, Cassper has proclaimed that conscious rap star, Talib Kweli, will be featuring on the Doc Shebeleza remix.
Cassper confirmed the news on social networks. He posted a picture of himself as well as other people’s responses when they heard Talib’s verse. Captioned: “When we heard @talibkweli’s verse on the official #DocShebelezaRemix. Bastet!!!! #Tsholofelo4Platinum.”
Cassper wasn’t the only one posting on their experience.
Talib Kweli also posted photograph on his instagram account with the heading: “Driving thru Soweto with the homie casspernyovest”.
Talib is in the Mzansi for the Stimorol #Seewhatunfolds Music Experience.
