It seems like South Africans aren’t the only ones who have an opinion on Oscar Pistorius. The paralympian, who was sentenced to 5 years behind bars on Tuesday, has been hot on the lips of some famous American faces.
First Donald Trump took to the internet with this clip, in which he makes it clear that he is definitely not happy with the sentence Pistorius received.
Now a new video clip, posted by TMZ, shows US Olympian, Lolo Jones being questioned by paparazzi about the Oscar Trial. Unlike Trump, Jones seems to be more sympathetic towards Pistorius, pointing out that she has a father who is behind bars for murder. The athlete goes on to say, “there’s two sides to the story,” adding that, “it’s in God’s hands. And for me, as a Christian, God’s my ultimate judge.”
Guess the rest of the world is just as divided as we are when it comes to Oscar Pistorius.
